Since 1964 Southern Precision Spring’s philosophy has been to provide relentless customer service for our clients.  The emphasis on service drives every decision we make, from production forecast, engineering support and even machine investments are driven by our customers.  We remain flexible with our scheduling and by doing so we have the ability to adapt to upcoming challenges.  Our website and blog are just another example of how SPS is transforming the spring market into a service and solution industry.  A special thanks to Shari Defonce whose 43 years of service (1971-2014) transformed our philosophies and the general direction of our company.  We attribute so many mutually beneficial business relationships to her passion and tenacious quest to solve customer problems.  Her shoes will never be filled fully and her laugh will certainly be missed.  From all at Southern Precision, thank you Shari!
